Dan & Angie: 04.25.09

I want to offer a huge thank you to Dan & Angie for choosing me to be part of their amazing day. After spending an afternoon with them in Central Park, and then many more hours interacting through Facebook exchanges, I feel a special connection to them both. The wedding was expertly coordinated by Innove Event Design, with decor by Beautiful Blooms. The reception was held at the Chestnut Hill Country Club.

I loved all the decor and details from Beautiful Blooms, and working with Beka Rendell of Innove is always a huge pleasure.

pounce

Lately, when I come into the office in the morning, my routine consists of:

- checking email
- checking Facebook
- checking Etsy and seeing what is new on the 'pounce' page

I absolutely adore this laptop bag (I have the one with the Asian branches),

I found this jacket, and the fabric is positively dreamy in person.

This is prettiest clutch I have ever owned. The inside is blue silk.

Tell me: what's your morning routine, electronically speaking? And are there any Etsy sellers I should be keeping my eye on?

NYC fun

These three beautiful children currently live right off Central Park, but are moving to PA shortly. So, Mom decided to have their session in NYC before they leave, so that they can remember all of the wonderful times they've had in the city.

C, the oldest girl, informed me of the house rules (in typical first-born fashion): "We don't use the word hate, or the f-word." I laughed so hard I almost dropped my camera.

Lisa + Mark: 04.18.09

I have known Lisa's family for several years now and each time I see them it is such a pleasure. So it was a real treat to be a part of her wedding to Mark, who's from the U.K. I had so much fun watching the guys prepare for the wedding - I seriously felt like I was in some sort of British comedy show!

Doesn't Lisa look beautiful here?

The ceremony was held at St. Ann's.

The reception was held at the Vicmead Hunt Club, in Greenvile, Delaware. The beautiful decor you see below? It was provided by Flowers by Yukie.

This was a great idea of Lisa's: when we were taking engagment photos, the couple posed with printed-out numbers to use later as their escort cards. Each guest received a beautiful, hand calligraphed envelope containing a wallet-sized photo of Lisa and Mark holding that guest's table number.

And finally ... as I have learned, no party is a party until Uncle Richard's formed a conga line!

beachy newborn

It's always a joy visiting this wonderful, fun-loving family down in Rehoboth, and this marked the first time I got to meet their littlest one. Of course, her older sister, P, needed to get her own spotlight while her little sis was being fed.

This was a very impromtu hug - I watched P bounce around and then suddenly run over and hug Mom and Dad. Awesome!
